以動態擷取技術分析人工髖關節手術後最佳「性姿勢」(瑞士研究)

體內裝有人工髖關節是否還能盡情享受性愛？瑞士的最新研究以動態擷取系統(motion capture system)分析了12種最常見的「性姿勢」，告訴您手術後要如何重新享受性愛。

因為關節退化或骨壞死而置換人工髖關節的病患年齡平均較膝關節來得年輕，性生活也較活躍。裝置人工關節後要如何在安全且舒服的狀態下享受性愛，是許多患者關心的課題，無奈的是，根據經驗，敢在診間詢問醫師的患者比例很少，這個問題也因此變成了永遠無解的困擾。

強筋健骨的無名英雄 – 維他命D (Vitamin D)

對於強化骨骼的養生方式，大家最熟知的就是補充鈣質，但是較少人知道：維他命D的重要性並不亞於鈣質。最新的美國及歐洲的骨質疏鬆預防與治療指引除了建議50歲以上的民眾每日補充至少1000毫克的鈣質外，更強調要攝取800個國際單位(IU)的維他命D。




目前的研究已知道，維他命D與骨骼的健康息息相關。根據統計，在銀髮族因為「非創傷性骨折」(非車禍或高處墜落等重大外力造成的骨折)而住院治療的患者中，有91.6%都缺乏維他命D(血中濃度小於50ng/ml)。





事實上，停經後骨質疏鬆症的婦女也大多缺乏維他命D。根據統計，這已經是一個全球的問題，而且不分區域，即使在陽光充足的地方也是如此。全球停經後骨鬆婦女的維他命D不足的盛行率為63.9%，亞洲更高達71.4%!

維他命D可以幫助腸胃道吸收鈣質，並促進骨骼礦化，增加骨質密度。另外，維他命D還對神經肌肉的功能有所幫助，可以說是「強筋又健骨」！

研究顯示：在維他命D充足的情況下，一個婦女每週所需攝取的鈣質約相當於9公升牛奶；但是在維他命D不足的情況下，他卻需要攝取15公升的牛奶，才足夠一週所需的鈣質！





一個瑞士的研究將122位居住於老年長期照護中心的老年婦女分成「僅補充鈣質」和「同時補充鈣質和維他命D」兩組，發現「同時補充鈣質和維他命D」可以降低跌倒的風險達將近一半(49%)！這可能是因為上面所提過的：維他命D對神經肌肉的功能有幫助，可以讓銀髮族活動更靈活，肌肉運動更協調。





補充維他命D若是能促進鈣質吸收、強化骨骼與肌肉功能，或許也可以進一步降低骨折風險？一份大型的英國研究或許可以解答這個問題。這個研究囊括2686個65到85歲的英國銀髮族，在五年的研究期間，補充維他命D的組別較沒有補充的組別其骨折機率降低33%！

至於要怎麼補充維他命D，那又是另外一個故事了。

[新聞]「老倒縮」 非正常老化

「呷老，就會老倒縮」？這可不一定，小心骨質疏鬆症找上門，甚至骨質疏鬆併發脊椎壓迫性骨折而不知。年逾七十的王姓農婦，長年飽受「腰骨酸痛」所苦。,

幾個月前，跟丈夫上山挖筍，不小心滑一跤，「腰骨酸痛」加遽，休息幾天之後，情況非但沒好轉，連睡覺翻身都不行，出入全賴家人攙扶行走，最後求助醫生，檢查發現她脊椎多處壓迫性骨折。

6 V& W) F3 v: K; A署立台南醫院新化分院骨科主治醫師戴大為說，王姓婦人患有嚴重骨質疏鬆症，長年背痛且身形駝背，就是警訊。她誤以為駝背、「老倒縮」是正常老化，跟長白髮、有皺紋沒兩樣，未能及時就醫，以至於脊椎壓迫性骨折。
